Accessing the Service & Maintenance Section
The Service & Maintenance section in Lynx Fleet has information about service and warranty contracts, service history, and maintenance schedules for assets in your fleet. To access the Service & Maintenance section on the Lynx Portal, click the wrench icon.
This section contains four tabs:
Service History
Maintenance Plans
Contracts
Documents
User group access to this section can be managed by company administrators. For further details, see the Users & Groups section in Company Management.
Service History
The Service History list in Lynx Fleet offers a complete record of your vehicle's care under the Carrier BluEdge™ service agreement. This helps you to save money by avoiding redundant services. Regular maintenance and documented history ensure your asset lasts longer and remains dependable, preventing major issues.
The Service History tab is the first tab in the Service & Maintenance section. This tab lists your recent asset services. Each completed service claim appears on one line. Sort by clicking a column header.
You can sort by the Job Completion Date column to see what service was done most recently.

Maintenance Plans
Understanding the maintenance plans for transport refrigeration units is essential for ensuring their longevity and efficiency. Regular maintenance helps prevent unexpected breakdowns and enhances the overall performance of the units. By staying informed about maintenance schedules and requirements, businesses can avoid costly repairs and downtime, thereby maintaining smooth operations.
Lynx Fleet provides a feature that allows users to view the BluEdge maintenance plans for each asset, showing the service due dates.
The Maintenance Plans tab in the Service & Maintenance section lists the next due and overdue maintenance for your fleet.
You can use the Service Overdue and Service Due in Next 30 Days filters to view assets that need to be sent in for maintenance. This allows you to ensure that all of your assets are regularly maintained according to Carrier's recommendations.

Service Contracts
It is beneficial to be aware of your fleet's Service Warranty Contracts. The BluEdge™ service agreement is Carrier Refrigeration’s premium service for customers across Europe. You can find your BluEdge Contracts in the Service & Maintenance section of Lynx Fleet.
You can view the contract information for a specific asset in the Contract Info widget of the Asset Overview.

Service Documents
Service and maintenance documents for your asset will be available on the Documents tab of the Service and Maintenance section. These documents typically relate to a TRU service contract or claim, but may also concern a battery pack for an eTRU.
