Knowing the service and maintenance history of your asset is incredibly beneficial. The Service History list in Lynx Fleet provides a comprehensive record of the care and repairs your vehicle has received as part of your Carrier BluEdge™ service agreement. This detailed history can help you avoid redundant services and save money in the long run. Regular maintenance and a well-documented service history ensure the longevity and dependability of your asset, helping you prevent major issues.

Accessing the Service History List
The Service & Maintenance section can be accessed by clicking on the wrench icon on the left side of the Lynx Portal. The Service History tab is the first tab in the Service and Maintenance section.
Service History List
This tab provides a complete list of recent service for your assets. There will be one line for each service claim that has been completed. You can sort the columns by clicking on the column header.
The service history list includes:
Asset Name - Click on the asset name to navigate to the specific asset
TRU Serial - Serial number for the TRU
Claim Number- Job/claim number associated with this service activity
Activity Code - Code associated with this service activity
Claim Start Date - The date the service job was completed.
Service Type - Description of type of service performed
