It is crucial to be aware of the Service Warranty Contracts you have for your fleet. The BluEdge™ service agreement is Carrier Refrigeration’s top-notch service and aftermarket offering, exclusively for customers and partners across Europe. Your BluEdge Contracts for your assets can be found in the Service & Maintenance section of Lynx Fleet.

The Service & Maintenance section can be accessed by clicking on the wrench icon on the left side of the Lynx Portal. The Contracts tab is the first tab in the Service and Maintenance section.

This tab provides a complete list of BluEdge contracts. These contracts are usually associated with a TRU but can also be associated with a battery pack if you have an eTRU.

Use quick filters to drill down with one click for easier investigations. The highlighted areas below can be clicked to filter the table results.

You can download a CSV file by clicking on the "Export" button at the top right corner of the table. If you use quick filters, the report will only contain the total assets that meet the filter criteria.

Navigate to specific assets by clicking on the asset link in the “Asset Name” column.
