View a list of your BluEdge service documents

Updated over a week ago

As your asset undergoes service and maintenance appointments, assorted documents will be uploaded to Carrier's service platform. Your BluEdge service documents for your assets can be found in the Service and Maintenance section of Lynx Fleet.

Accessing the Service Documents List

The Service & Maintenance section can be accessed by clicking on the wrench icon on the left side of the Lynx Portal. The Documents tab is the second tab in the Service and Maintenance section.

  • TRU Serial - Serial number for the TRU

  • Claim Start Date - The date the claim was started

  • Upload Date - The date that the document was uploaded to the Carrier service platform

Service Documents vs. User-Uploaded Asset Documents

There are two sources of documents in Lynx Fleet:

  • Service Documents

  • User-uploaded Asset Documents

Carrier employees or Carrier Service Partners upload service documents to the Carrier service platform. Then, these documents are made available in Lynx Fleet in the Documents tab of the Service and Maintenance section. Lynx Fleet users can view these documents but cannot edit, delete, or upload service documents.

Lynx Fleet users can upload documents on the Asset Details Documents tab and manage them (e.g., delete, rename, and re-categorize). If you would like to learn more, see Asset Documents.
