As your asset undergoes service and maintenance appointments, assorted documents will be uploaded to Carrier's service platform. Your BluEdge service documents for your assets can be found in the Service and Maintenance section of Lynx Fleet.

Many possible categories of service documents can be uploaded to the Carrier service platform. A subset of these will be available in Lynx Fleet. These include the following:
Category Code | Description | Format |
CSS | Service tick sheet | |
CAL | Unit calibration certificate
ENX | EN113486 calibration certificate

Service Documents vs. User-Uploaded Asset Documents
There are two sources of documents in Lynx Fleet:
Service Documents
User-uploaded Asset Documents
Carrier employees or Carrier Service Partners upload service documents to the Carrier service platform. Then, these documents are made available in Lynx Fleet in the Documents tab of the Service and Maintenance section. Lynx Fleet users can view these documents but cannot edit, delete, or upload service documents.
Lynx Fleet users can upload documents on the Asset Details Documents tab and manage them (e.g., delete, rename, and re-categorize). If you would like to learn more, see Asset Documents.
