If you have Carrier assets in the LinkItAll application, with some configuration, you can now opt to view these assets in Lynx Fleet. Lynx Fleet has integrated with the LinkItAll application, allowing you to view telematics from your LinkItAll devices in Lynx Fleet to get a more comprehensive picture of your assets.

Overview
The LinkItAll/Lynx Fleet integration can be configured to pull telematics data for your assets from LinkItAll into Lynx Fleet.
The matching between the two systems is done based on the TRU serial number.
This data brought in for your assets from LinkItAll can include location, temperatures, setpoints, and additional data.
The Asset History of these assets in Lynx Fleet will start being written as of the time the integration and mapping is established.
Note: The assets must exist in Lynx Fleet in order for data from LinkItAll to be pushed to them, so if you add new assets to a fleet, you will need to work with Carrier to set them up in Lynx Fleet.
Fields Included in Integration
The following fields are included in the integration. If they are populated for your assets in LinkItAll, they should be shown on the asset in Lynx Fleet.
TRU Status (on/off)
Location (Latitude & Longitude)
Speed
Compartment Setpoints
Sensor temperatures (1-6)
Telematics Device Timestamp (when message was created)
Establishing the Connection Between LinkItAll & Lynx Fleet
If you have assets with LinkItAll telematics devices and would like the data pulled into Lynx Fleet, please contact Carrier at lynx-support@carrier.com. The Carrier team will work with you to identify your assets and establish the integration.
