Benefits of Custom Notifications
Set up notifications for events or incidents
Get notified (yourself and others) via email or text message in real-time
Avoid cargo loss, theft, or simply when goods are delivered
Types of Notification Rules
There are 15 types of notification events, each of which has configurable conditions:
Temperature Deviation from Setpoint
If temperature goes above/below any of the compartment setpoints, a notification will be sent.
You can set a threshold for above and below limits.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Temperature Deviation from Fixed Value
If compartment temperature goes above/below a specific value, a notification will be sent.
You can set a threshold for above and below limits.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Temperature Deviation for Setpoint Range
If compartment temperature falls outside of a specified range, a notification will be sent.
You can set a threshold for above and below limits.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.

Door
If door is open or closed, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Geofence
If any asset enters or exits any of the selected geofences, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification when an asset has been inside or outside for a certain period. The timer starts upon entry or exit, and the notification is triggered once per entry/exit.
For assets already inside or outside the geofence when the notification is created, the geofence timer starts upon notification creation. For assets that are newly connected or that lose connectivity, the geofence timer starts upon connecting to LYNX Fleet.
Geofence with Temperature Report
Same functionality as Geofence.
You can select which sensors and events to include, the timeframe (1-24 hours), and the data sampling interval rate.
If a 15-minute interval is selected, you will receive a report with 4 datapoints for every hour within the specified timeframe.
TRU Alarms
If any shutdown alarm occurs, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Fuel Level
If fuel levels drop below specified percentage, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Asset Offline
If asset has been offline for at least 24 hours, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
Battery Level (Accessory)
If accessory battery falls below specified voltage, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
eTRU: Battery Level
If electric asset battery level falls below specified percentage, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
eTRU: Battery Temperature
If electric asset battery temperature falls below specified temperatures, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
eTRU: Battery Rebalancing Overdue
If electric asset battery falls has not been rebalanced within 7 days, a notification will be sent.
If no time threshold is specified, this rule will be triggered when conditions are met.
You can apply a time threshold to trigger the notification once conditions have been met for a specified period.
eTRU: Battery System Offline
If electric asset battery has been offline for 5 hours, a notification will be sent.
