Live asset tracking, or trip tracing is a trace of an asset’s route on a map.

Route Replay has several powerful enhancements for asset tracking. This guide will help you understand and utilize these features effectively.

Comprehensive Event Viewing and Export

  • View Physical Addresses for Events: Access physical addresses for events directly in the Asset Timeline, Replay Map popups, and in exported XLSX/CSV files.

  • Country Translation: The country portion of physical addresses is translated according to the user's preferred language in Lynx Fleet.

Enhanced Trip Visualization

  • Route Mapping: Trace an asset’s route on a map, with events that occurred during the trip highlighted for easy identification and improved situational awareness.

Advanced Event Management

  • Search and Highlight Events: Use the search functionality to find specific events in the Asset Timeline and see them highlighted on both the timeline and Replay Map.

  • Multi-Event Display: Display and select multiple events on the Replay Map and Asset Timeline, with corresponding details shown in popups.

Detailed Event Information

  • Event Status Details Popup: Access additional information about events from this popup. Navigate to the Temperature Details tab within this popup to check temperature specifics for any event.

Advanced Export Capabilities

  • Versatile Export Options: Export event timelines and maps with event markers into PDF files. Choose to include or exclude compartment data for better readability.

  • Generate PDF Exports: Generate PDF files containing event data from the Asset Timeline and event markers from the Replay Map directly from Lynx Fleet.

Map Customization

  • Geofence and Route Marker Layers: Customize the Route Replay Map by hiding or displaying geofence layers and route markers as needed.

  • Sensor Menu Retention: User selections from the sensor menu are retained, eliminating the need to reselect options each time the page is viewed.


Video Content Outline

  • Select an Asset for Route Replay

  • Click on Route Replay

  • Click on the event to see details about that particular event

  • Hover over the event to see the complete address of the TRU

  • The View Event Details displays container data

  • Select "Temperature Sensors" to get details of all available compartments

  • Double-click the event to get all the TRU information during the event time

  • Multiple events can be seen at a single location by scrolling

  • Retrieve events on specific date and time

  • Filter the Event Timeline by time (24hr, 48 hr & 7d)

  • Hide and display Geofence Map Layers on the Route Replay Map

  • Export Reports in different formats
