Using Asset Tracking Table Grids

  • Customize your landing page

  • Surface specific data points like door sensors or switch on hours

  • Filter data to find information quickly


Standard Functionality

These controls are available on all table grids in all pages.

Use various table actions to configure tables:

  • Switch column sort order on click

  • Reorder columns on click and drag

Hover over any column then click on the column menu icon to:

  • Pin any column to the left or right

  • Autosize one or all columns

  • Reset columns to default settings​

  • Show or hide some or all columns

  • Search for a specific column to show or hide

More Functionality

These controls are only available on table grids in certain pages.

  • Expand or collapse column group available in Asset Tracking and some pages

  • Search text field available to filter all or some columns by keywords on some pages

  • Filter by company or fleet available on some pages

  • Use quick filters to easily surface relevant information available in Asset Battery Management > Electric Assets tab and some pages

  • Filter by date range, in some cases using presets, for historical data available on some pages

  • Use pinned actions menu to perform specific tasks available on some pages
