Notifications - Toggle for ‘Off’ TRU Compartments
This enhancement allows the user to choose whether or not to receive notifications for TRU
compartments that are switched “off.”
During temperature notification creation, the user has a new dropdown with the options ‘send’ or ‘don’t send', so that they can opt in (or out) of receiving notifications even when a compartment is turned off.
Notification events:
Temperature deviation from setpoint
Temperature deviation from fixed value
Temperature deviation from a range
Setpoint range
Lower and upper threshold
Difference between (2) sensors
Setpoint Change
Audience: User with access to Notifications
How to Access: Notifications Center > Add Notification > Create Rules
Additional Development?: Additional compartment information on Temperature Chart and Asset History
Command History UX Improvements
You can now filter the Command History list by Company or Fleet. This allows you to view only the sent commands for the level of the hierarchy that you are currently interested in. In addition, the asset-related fields in the list are now in a collapsed Asset Details column group. This makes it so that the command-related columns are more readily viewable.
Audience: Fleet managers
How to Access: click on the Command History icon in the left navigation. On the Command History screen, the company selector can be found at the top left of the screen. This works similarly to how it does elsewhere in Lynx Fleet.
New Alarms Added
Two new APX alarms were added to Lynx Fleet.
Audience: all users
How to Access: these will show up in active alarms list or alarm reports if the alarm occurs on an asset.
Third Party AddVolt Device Temperature Reading Display
For customers using AddVolt‑powered TRUs and monitoring temperature in the MyAddVolt platform, Lynx Fleet now displays AddVolt temperature sensor data within the temperature chart as DataCold Box Temperature sensors. This allows users to view temperature trends for these assets directly in Lynx Fleet, using the data provided by AddVolt.
The feature applies to assets configured as third‑party AddVolt devices and is designed specifically for battery‑only scenarios where temperature visibility is needed without full Carrier TRU telemetry.
Additional Information: This features allows for up to 3 box sensors (1 for each compartment 1-3). Cargo sensors are not available at this time.
Audience: Users with battery-only views set up as a third-party device
How to Access: Asset Tracking or Electric Assets → Asset Details → Temperature Tab
Additional Development?: We are planning to update the color scheme for better temperature chart line visibility
